The Jamaica Debates Commission is committed to working with similar organizations (where such exist) elsewhere in the Caribbean so as to institutionalize the role of political debates within the region. It is with this in mind that the JDC has provided technical and advisory support to in Trinidad and Tobago, Haiti and Guyana over the past year related to the organization and staging of debates.
